Two stages with Lia at O cup and the BT home. Legs super soar and tight and I was super slow.

First a loop on golf course and rail trail with Adria and then some lower rail trail and a loop in the Ainslie Woods area.

Running 40:00 intensity: (24:00 @2) + (16:00 @5) 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

Only run a handful of times this winter but have now set a goal to do 35h in 10 weeks and that doesn't include any oing. Found some time to do some intervals at the track at work after a good warm up. 800/400/200 and then back up to 800. Not fast on the 200m, no stamina for the 800m but the 400m went ok. I'll try do this again in a month and I expect times will be a lot faster.
