Feel like I haven't been on the track for ages! Which is probably pretty much true! 5 min of running drills. Almost did some hurdling drills too, for the hell of it, but then other people came out and distracted me.

Not so terrible, but tired by the last 800 for sure. Legs not used to it at all...

Recovery between intervals, and warm down back home. Some walking immediately after the intervals, to be honest.

And down to Reading. Absolutely lovely cycle! Great weather, sunshine, not too hot. And no flats and the new wheel is much more smooth- doesn't feel like my bike is trying to throw me off anymore. I even made the tricky turn in Kidmore End, just messed up a bit between Berrick Salome and Ewelme.
