Hike up + down Council Crest with Tom. Used poles, which was nice. Yay for urban hiking! Felt good, slightly sore from some of the prenatal yoga yesterday, actually.

Prenatal yoga, which is an hour and a half, but I'm going to call about 25 minutes actually a workout. Not that the rest wasn't productive, it was, but just not a workout.

Something like 30 women there, including Julie from work. A different instructor than normal, but seems like she did fine. Most women are 30-40 weeks.

Another morning gym session. 10 min on treadmill at 11:32 pace and 4% grade like yesterday, then normal elliptical, then stairclimber at 68 stairs per minute. This certainly has been a gym-rat week, but the gym is closed for 4 days for the 4th weekend, so will get out more hiking soon!

Psyched for some good qual results from team USA at the WOC Sprint!

10 min at 11:32 pace at 4% grade on the treadmill.

Then, the *snazzy* elliptical. Or glider-elliptical. It is a different motion, the conjoined leg-arm things on each side swing back and forth as opposed to go in an elliptical motion. It's more intense. Was certainly a good workout!

Elliptical for 25 minutes. Finished the Sierra hike series, started the next batch. Level 8 average.

Had to miss Pilates for meeting the electrician at lunch, so did some on my own.

Gym morning! Did 10 min at 10:30 pace and 2% grade on the treadmill, then the elliptical then the stair-climer which I'm logging as hiking (68 stairs per minute). Latter was a pretty good workout with my 20 lb heavier body!

Pilates. Have to adjust a fair few of the exercises now. We had Mary substituting for Vicki and she was helpful giving suggestions for things I might try.

At least my cold really seems to be done!
