Friend + bio prof Suzy volunteered to baby sit Sylvia to let Tom and me bike together! Fun! And good to get Tom out as otherwise he might actually die during the deathride. At least got up one good hill.

First time to Oaks Bottom again since injury! Nice to be back. Look forward to starting up some tempos on that trail again.

Running 46:10 [2] 4.43 mi (10:25 / mi) +62m 9:59 / mi

Running intervals! Kinda. At least was attempting to stride out, but it's clear my right leg doesn't have all of the strength to do that yet. Still, it felt safe to try and that's good. Did 1-2-3-3-2-1 'fast'.

Watch didn't pickup satellittes for most of the workout, so distance/speed are not correct.

Crosstrainer 10:00 [2] 0.29 mi (34:28 / mi)

That felt like enough running at speed, so did one 4 min hard effort on the elliptical after coming in.

Strength 11:29 [1] 0.13 mi (1:28:25 / mi)

And then the PT! Squats, stretching and medial glute exercises.

Crosstrainer 40:12 [2]

Ankle just a little iffy and I'm way sore and not yet recovered, so ellipticaled it.

Strength 40:00 [1] 0.39 mi (1:42:30 / mi)

Pilates. So tight! Thankful for its rolling and stretching today!

Cycling 10:00 [1] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi) +4m 9:53 / mi

Pre-ride of the course with the clinic, but at the end one of my petals sheared off. Or rather, one of the petals on Suzy's partner's bike. Looked for awhile, but couldn't find it on the side of the course...

Cycling 30:36 [4] 5.72 mi (5:21 / mi)

And just to make sure I'm exhausted, did the short-track mtn bike race. Does hurt + get the heart rate up, plus there is enough skill involved to make it interesting (I def don't have all the skills, but am better after a few fall cross races last year.)

We really went to do this so Sylvia could watch the other little ones on their balance bikes. She seems to have figured it out! We'll go again in a few weeks. The balance bike 'race' is so totally adorable.
