First postpartum workout from OneStrongMama. Very chill, video was actually 25 min, but only counting 10 min as a workout. But really good to stretch and such.

Hiking 23:13 [1] 1.16 mi (20:01 / mi)

Lap around the hospital complex. Turns out the employee parking is pretty far away... Felt good.

Our final full day in the NICU! Martin is cleared to come home tomorrow. So excited!

Also found out today from our nurse that this is the only Kaiser Permanente NICU in the Pacific NW. Just happened to be at the hospital I delivered at - now am so grateful, as it was much easier to just nip downstairs from my recovery room to see Martin and it's only 15 min from our house.

Hiking 18:08 [1] 0.9 mi (20:09 / mi) +25m 18:34 / mi

Neighborhood walk in the rain before heading into the NICU. Can at least wear my rain pants!

And Martin had remained off breathing support all night! So now the much-smaller seeming hurdle of getting him to take necessary amount of food by mouth and not feeding tube. Expectation seems to maybe be Wed that he can come home?
