Road Bike 30:00 [3]

To and from the gym. Not as cold but I dressed as though it was going to be so got a bit hot!
6 AM

Run 37:27 [3]

Same route as yesterday but it was darker today and I felt like absolute shit despite going to bed super early last night. Stomach super weird too. This week is not a good week.

Gym (weights and stretches) 15:00 [3]

You know, since it was my last day and all! Kinda sad. I'll miss everyone I've got to know I guess.

Road Bike 30:00 [3]
shoes: Louis Garneau Revo XR

To and from the gym. So cold I thought the tips of my fingers were going to freeze off. Clearly this does not bode well!
6 AM

Run 37:54 [3]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Nirvana 6

Round the Domain a couple of times. Feeling quite good physically but tired and anxious.

Gym (core and stretches) 15:00 [3]

Climbing (indoor - TR/lead) 2:00:00 [3]
shoes: Five Ten Anasazi Verde

At Extreme Edge with Chris. A pretty good session considering how we were both feeling and I really like climbing. I just wish I wasn't so anxious at the moment. I had some pretty intense panics while trying to lead climb but made it to the top of each climb I did. Finished up tackling the "yellow" feature climb (it has one hold for the entire climb and the rest you have to use the features). Was pretty impressed I managed to get to the top eventually!

Orienteering race (OY1 - Ngapuriri) 2:36:05 [3] 5.6 km (27:52 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 Roclite-285

Pretty much wanted to sit down under a cliff and cry after about an hour when everything sort of felt a bit much. After that I sort of gave up trying and just dragged myself around. So many moments where I was so scared (especially after finally getting down to one control then through the gaps in the cliffs to find about 6 or 7 sheep skulls down the bottom. By the end I decided I didn't want to go to nationals at all and would rather stay at home with a pillow over my head.
