Daddy-Daughter training weekend. Originally planned to road cycle (on cross bikes) around the Letchworth Gorge (65km) and then do some O. But the combination of a sore knee (daddy), a closed road, and sore feet (daughter) we went with a 50mile ride on the west side of the gorge instead. Super fun. Longest ride in probably about 15 years. our goal was sub 4 hours and we just squeaked under that by 3 minutes!

Full day of field work and I got dehydrated so just did a bit of lumberjack core (Bent style) and made this a rest day.
