missed in the beginning but was clean but not smooth through the tricky terrain, DNF as gut was bad
hip feels tight but ok

The most difficult area GG has ever orienteered on in Sweden. Really sweet terrain.
Leg was a bit tight but pain free. Tight in glute late in day but massage will sort it.

murray did slight longer as i bailed
hip was fine until 50, then really tight deep in glute, then tight all over, then sore. although if i shoved my knuckle in, it loosened it for 5, so made it home.
