calves abso rock solid and feeling slowish
running w/ benc ... tough but hung on
have a rock tight band down the inside back of my hammy after wknd but was fine to rep on the flat
calves/shins/hammys super tight after 3 but easy breathing. everyone was repping slooooow today. myself inc.
