Really liked the terrain today. Fast but hilly, and course was spot on apart from long legs.
Had too much caffeine, overheated, dehydrated and pulled out. Still missing too much.
Fast, but lots of spiders so freaked out a bit. Was off the gas a bit so happy with the pace. Too many mistakes on straightforward terrain.
Although even if I was in top gear I wouldn't have matched Kez who was flying until he got a stick all the way through his foot :/

Sustained 5.5km effort. These sessions are pretty random.
Pace was high, should have wound it in, run 6min/mi and done 2 or 3 sets to get value from it but hey I'll go with the flow for now.
On the edge of being able to properly do these sessions. A week or two more and I'll have some turbo.
