coach mharky beasted me in the circuits gym today. standard core work followed by some plyometrics. hip was tight and slight rubbish.
some absolute animal told me that the pussy jumps we were doing looked difficult. i must be a beast in this gym ;)

Ruthless area, attacked it until 3/4 then hit the wall and walked part way back.
No pain or tightness in hip. Foot niggle at very very end.
