A very hot day in the mountains. Bought Kiley her first bicycle for her birthday. She is a little scared on it.

This was a night run up hill at QH. knee started hurting about half way up the hill, and was fine going back down. I am going to cut out the running for while, but continue biking and start swimming.

Orienteering course run. I did well for being a novice navigator and doing the most difficult course. I could have done better running, at times I had trouble keeping up with Mila. The knee felt better today, and monday I hardly feel a thing. So either I damaged some nerves, or my knee gave up trying to tell me its hurt. Either way this tells me I need to go back to normal training schedule. So I will try that this week after taking monday off. I am pretty pissed off at myself being completely out run by the team...but that wont happen again.
