Orienteering race (SinS Day 3 Brampton Bryan) 1:31:01 [4] *** 10.6 km (8:35 / km) +505m 6:56 / km
22c slept:5.0 shoes: Adidas Swoop

SinS Day 3. Drank half a bottle of Glenfiddich Special reserve the night before knowing that I was out of the running for a full weekend's results. Had a better run than Days 1&2 but still not fast enough to be competitive. Several stupid mistakes and hesitations.

Orienteering race (SinS Day 2 Bucknall Wood) 1:19:32 [4] *** 8.2 km (9:42 / km) +390m 7:50 / km
22c slept:7.0 shoes: Adidas Swoop

SinS Day 2. Cold (7C) wet and windy. Was making a lot of errors, couldn't keep warm, was losing concentration and was making more and more errors. Wasn't enjoying it and gave up at no.13 and ran back.

Orienteering race (SinS Day 1 Titterstone Cl) 1:28:02 [4] *** 11.7 km (7:31 / km) +460m 6:17 / km
27c slept:7.0 shoes: Adidas Swoop

SinS Day 1. Felt slow, recovering from a head cold and first run after 3 weeks of no training (2 weeks holiday, 1 week with a cold). Made a few significant errors which lost a lot of time.

Run (BOK run) 1:11:00 [3] 11.0 km (6:27 / km)
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics Gel Mojave

Run with BOK. Loop from Dundry. Must have been just over 10km. Quite a lot of climb. Felt like crap. Let my fitness slip while on holiday and suffering now. Also heavily congested with a crappy cold. Felt giddy and weak most of the way. Bad idea to run tonight.
