Long run from home. Darn Walk, reservoir, Dumyat, Menstrie, Colsnaur Hill, Blairdenon, Sheriffmuir Inn, home.
Pretty deep snow above about 500m, especially between Colsnaur and Blairdenon was a real slog, often knee deep. Low vis, low cloud too, so had the compass out - think I was in the right place! Didn't get a good line off Blairdenon though.

3*Dumyat from the track. Not very quick, but quite slippery and snowy at the top. HR was pretty low to start with, but got into the right zone later, and pushed pretty hard on the 3rd.
POM middle distance. Off early (9:33!) as travelling home in the afternoon.
Unsurprisingly a bit slow getting going, but warmed up and was running well in the second half. HR very low - end of training camp!
One 10s mistake at number 4, and then lost 15s when my SI card came off in a bush on the way to number 13.
