The climb is bogus. Not sure what the real climb is but it's more than that.

Found the new trail in the Wissahickon that I had read about. It loops way around in the woods around some private property to connect up two other trails so you don't have to go on the road. It's not officially opened yet so I was a little concerned I'd have to bushwhack at some point but it went all the way through.

Just trying to build my stamina back up.

Another good session with Kelly. I can't say that this is helping my orienteering but it is certainly helping me in general. Even my posture is improving.

My Garmin has decided to stop working. Nothing. Nada. Can not get it to do anything. Weird.

Randomly picked it up and started pushing buttons two at a time thinking perhaps there was a reset function and presto! It is now working again. I suppose most people know this and/or it's documented somewhere but it was a nice surprise to just stumble on it.

Did a Kelly type workout in my basement after a couple hours of weeding and hacking back the flower beds.

My ankle is pretty much back to normal and my knee is back to where it was a few months ago. So am feeling optimistic about hiking this week but don't think I'm ready to try any jogging yet.
