Well, I didn't make it to either the Stumble or the Harriman goats but at least I got out for a nice long hike.

I'm going to be doing some day hiking in Patagonia over Christmas so need to keep those hiking muscles in shape!

Have not felt motivated to orienteer so did not make plans to go to Harriman or to the Stumble. Hopefully, I will get back to wanting to orienteer soon.

Had a dentist appt. this morning so got to SJU too late to do much on the elliptical but I wanted to do something. The cardio she does in class is usually not something I can do - too much jumping which hurts my knees - so this is my warmup for class and substitute cardio. I managed to work up a good sweat in 8 minutes though by pushing a little harder than I usually do.

Early meadow hike with Sandy. We were moving at a pretty good clip! No knee issues. But boy my legs were sore from yesterday's exercise class at school.
