Have not felt motivated to orienteer so did not make plans to go to Harriman or to the Stumble. Hopefully, I will get back to wanting to orienteer soon.
Had a dentist appt. this morning so got to SJU too late to do much on the elliptical but I wanted to do something. The cardio she does in class is usually not something I can do - too much jumping which hurts my knees - so this is my warmup for class and substitute cardio. I managed to work up a good sweat in 8 minutes though by pushing a little harder than I usually do.

Early meadow hike with Sandy. We were moving at a pretty good clip! No knee issues. But boy my legs were sore from yesterday's exercise class at school.
