Swedish MTBO Cup in long distance. Split win with Marcus Jansson after 82min of racing. Fun course with no relief at all. Easy orienteering and lots of riding on roads so you had to push all the time. Caught Ola Jäderberg early with 4min and he stayed with me for most of the course. Felt good to have some help in the end pulling against the wind. Physically I'm was tired today. I've been training quite hard and all the pollen in the air is really affecting me.

Slept well and woke up with the sun before that alarm went off.

I have a bit of sore throat, probably because of all the pollen in the air. Maybe I should start considering doing my intervals on the trainer inside...

Morning training with my students. They did a short middle distance at Bergkarlås with a mix of technical and easy riding. Followed some of them during the training in order to see how they act.

Some pain/discomfort in the left knee (other side, IT-band). Probably because of cleat position. Need to look into that. Also need to spend more time on the foam roller.

3x7min uphill with resting going down.

Then followed Filip on the MTBO sprint.
