Navdash race 21:32 [4]

ran well but messed up control 5 lost 40s. I ran to where I thought it should be then couldn't see it. felt like it is mapped wrong there but didn't hang around to check but even oliver did in half the time I took so it must be me. saw Karen there going to 4 so was expecting her to run past me at anymoment but she never did. Spent the whole course looking behind me to see where she was only to find out she got a short course map by mistake.

Swimming 30:00 [3]

Taking kellie swimming again. means I can only get in half an hour but forces me to get out of bed. abit crowded this morning had to actually share a lane.
6 AM

cycling 1:30:00 [3] 19.9 km (4:31 / km)

the plan was ride down to light horse couple of laps then back 45mins- 1hr
What actually happened.
Thought I would take the trail through neerabup. missed the turn to light horse ( i have never been down the trail before not a bad mtb trail for this area)
then went over the handle bars in a sandy spot lucky it was sandy just got a couple of scratches. then rode till i found a lime stone road.
road that to the top of a hill. I then had an amazing brainstorm ( brain fade) realised the road was going away from wehere I wanted to be and downhill ( iwould have to ride back up later) I took the sand trail option this got sandier till I had to get of and walk followed the trail for ages it got dark. twisted my ankle but luckily not too bad not enough to limp even. I could hear the train on my left so knew I was going in the right direction. so kept going. Half an 20 mins later heard the train on my right. I had gotten turned around in the dark? then I saw lights up ahead figured once I was on a main road I could find my way home easy. When I got close to the road realised I was finally at my intyended goal the light horse trail. road home where Michelle ordered me to have a shower.
