New virtual stuff on the dreadmill is kind of fun. Need to get the app and such.

New sweet bikes to use ... need to read the manual, though. ;)

Swimming warm up/down 10:00 [1] 0.45 km (22:13 / km)

10 min sauna + 10 min easy back frog kick swim. Very relaxing.
