Tyler Red course, fast fast fast ... makes me feel slow slow slow. :) Good mental stuff thrown in with a Box and some Urban bits around the BCCC campus. Thanks Karl and the rest of the team who put on the race!

Forgot my Garmin, so no track or HR. Only place I'd want to analyze was my track through the frisbee golf areas.

Beautiful day, great courses for what he had to work with at Tyler.

Note

The Asics Gel DS 12s are on their last legs (right at 500miles), and I didn't really like the direction they had gone even at v12, so I thought I'd shop around. Ordered some of these last night, can't wait to try them:

Wanted to do 5 x 1km, but ran out of time. Nice and cool, but kind of humid (light rain). Forgot to hit the lap button (I was taking off my sweats) at the start of the first interval, so screwed it up, but I think a pretty solid set of negative splits. Wish I'd had time for the last 2. The 500m was just back up from the interval starting point to the entrance of the cemetery with my sweats in hand.

Good stuff.
