Darkin River - good courses avoided the prickles as much as possible. More enjoyable than our summer training experience! Did H3 today to try pushing really hard the whole way. Managed to do that & managed to make myself crack under the pressure. Major time losses at 4 (1 min) , 7 (2 min) & 9 (4 min!) as a result - 4 & 7 approaching the circle, 9 way off on compass & then rushing, misreading major features coming into what I expected to be the circle.

with Richard who has recovered from the rogaine. I got a few let-ups on the up hill sandy bits but other than that was hard pushed to keep up.

With Richard who was in Rogaine Recovery mode. That suited me as I had to wear the wrong shoes, having left my proper ones at work, because I ended up at a meeting down the wrong end of town too late to go back just to change shoes.
