Darkin River - good courses avoided the prickles as much as possible. More enjoyable than our summer training experience! Did H3 today to try pushing really hard the whole way. Managed to do that & managed to make myself crack under the pressure. Major time losses at 4 (1 min) , 7 (2 min) & 9 (4 min!) as a result - 4 & 7 approaching the circle, 9 way off on compass & then rushing, misreading major features coming into what I expected to be the circle.
