QOC Summer Short Series training - 4 km Trail-O with 8 controls and a 2.3 park sprint. I haven't done a trail-o in years, and it was harder than I thought it would be! Most of us got half right and half wrong.

Encountered 3 stray pitbulls running along as a pack on this run, so had to stop a walk for a bit in the hopes that they just passed me by, and didn't turn aggressive. Fortunately they did, but I didn't look at my watch to account for the time I spent walking. I think it was about a minute, so I'm not bothering with adjusting. Just glad I wasn't mauled to death!
