Well it is the new year...Actually I finally am through with all of the holiday insanity (and I think my knees have finally forgiven me for the Valley Forge Marathon) and in desperate need of some exercise for reasons both physical and mental. Unfortunately my full time work schedule leaves me little other option, but to run on the treadmills in the Archives fitness center after work. For now it is not so bad since I just need to get started (yet again) at getting back into shape. My hope is that by the time the spring semester begins (3 weeks from now) I'll have started to get settled into somewhat of a training schedule and therefore I will be able to manage the stress of work, class, and training without having to sacrifice running, or SLEEP!!! The later being in very short supply in my life.
