Had been meaning to go to the urban O in Broxburn but, when I couldn't even tie my shoe laces, I decided against it. Went for a very soggy local walk instead. Path back from Ashfield very muddy and slippy - not ideal for a bad back - and the river was very full, so perhaps I shouldn't have been surprised when I came across the part of the multi use trail in the Laighills that has been undercut and nearly washed away. Crikey. Back to a hot bath. Ace.

Back too sore to do anything other then walk. Used poles to try to stay in alignment! Unfortunately putting sorbathane insoles into my boots was a bad idea - a burst bloody blister the size of a 50p piece on my right heel was my reward. FFS.
Back pretty bad this morning and totally fecked by the afternoon. By dinner time I could hardly sit down at the table, even with help from Co-Codamol. Think it was probably from trying to run one-legged yesterday - idiot. I feel totally lopsided as well. Minimal movement for a bit.
FVO Pilates and Circuits. Feeling pretty strong and controlled during Pilates, but the warm up jog before Circuits was all it took to trigger my knee to start swelling (sigh!). Carried on but it got a little worse as the sets progressed. Ice later.
