Hip is still a bit sore, need to rest it until it feels better.

Didn't get to the Flanders 3-days in the end, change of work plans.

An uneventful run. Left front shin felt tight to start loosened during the run. Right hip and thigh was somewhat painful, not too bad though.

Another forest in Belgium masquerading as one in Sussex. My right thigh had been painful all day and yesterday so I was hoping to shake it out a bit. It didn’t hurt enough to stop me running although my shins didn’t feel amazing either, so kept the pace slow... ish. We’ll see how it feels tomorrow.

Jolly around a strange little area just North East of Antwerp. Felt just like Hampshire, sandy soil, silver birch and lots and lots of rhododendron. Started out with what seemed like a fairly intense pace but slowed down towards the end. Try and spot the point where I thought that I was being chased by dogs, maybe I should try that more often.

Last week was a write off, going to extend my 45 min sessions for another week or two.
