Jura! Very tough but very cool race. I was pretty happy just to get round today without my achilles blowing up, I went fairly carefully because I didn't want to be halfway up Pap 2 and have to stop. So fingers crossed it is getting better, it is only a little sore writing this a few days later. Suffered a bit in the heat but there were beautiful views as compensation so shouldn't complain.

Lots of good runs from fellow orienteers out there today. I would like to go back and get sub 4.

Jura on Sat, I will be going but the achilles is not looking good, I'm just doing some stretching and icing. I'll have to see how it goes.
