Pendreich, nice to run somewhere good and unfamiliar.
Varied course with some great route choice, some nice easy running round the reservoir but also plenty of rough scratchy stuff! Enjoyed myself apart from the annoying wobble at 13 which let James Hammond past and let Jase beat me!

Ochils Traverse with MC, from Glensherup to Sheriffmuir via all the 2000s. So dry up there at the moment. And a fantastic day out :)

Set out to do Mona fartlek but a bit wary of my right calf seeming tight. Calf loosened off fine but my left quad did the opposite, gradually getting tighter with each rep. So cut short without doing the shorter reps, need to make sure all okay for Saturday's outing!

Facebook reminded me this morning that I am exactly eight years older than when t had a fun day out running the streets of London.
I am not sure that at my advanced age I will be getting back down to that time again but Boston in October is still a possibility....
