Dean run with P, E & S. Hot and had some pain in the top of my right leg, thought it was my pelvis/old groin strain injury giving me gip but pretty certain that I've strained my hip flexor, kind of strange considering I've done no training all week! Just looked at the internet and it advises RICE and some gentle stretches, so off to get an ice pack...

Note to self: need to take water next time, it'll help in the heat.
