Fort Washington State Park - Local event Red course. First event of the season is always cause for celebration and this was a good one. A fun course through mostly open woods. It was essentially a clean run with only a couple tiny bobbles on 9 (a little low) and 20 (a little right). Most importantly, I was able to run with little hamstring pain. I think the combination of all the stretching, weights, and massage (with "The Stick") is doing some good.

Had to spend about fifteen minutes looking for the net posts before getting the net set up. Then we were short-handed and ended up playing 4 on 5 (my team being the 4). We lost most of the games but kept them respectable. I was getting beat by a lot of junk balls and my hitting was even worse than normal. Finished with a 3 on 4 game which we narrowly lost.
