Woke up and balls of both feet pretty sore. Not sure if it was prancing about all the trail very forefoot heavy yeterday or what.

Pretty shoddy soggy run given it was an extended orange standard course, was running reasonably well according to the splits where I was clean (although I wasn't feeling quick), but that wasn't very frequent.

Misread line of crags as path to #1 (as did many others) and had to bush bash through to the track, fine through the long track runs to #5 where I blew big time - map didn't seem right and I stupidly went up the hill a looking, lost 3 mins. Then clean through to 11-12-13 where I was losing lots of time with more scrappy stupidity.

Nice little dander from Cowan to Brooklyn with my housemates, would much rather have been running but t'was a nice day out all the same. Defo one to run in future, maybe Berrowa to Brooklyn to make it a decent effort, with good pints & food to be had at the finish.
