Ok for the first couple, but right calf tightened up and I called it a day early. A return to the regular physio exercises obviously needed.

Things I don't want to do on a Monday evening after work: ~5km time trials. Alas, that's what was on the Woodstock training schedule.

After the first couple of laps I paced a couple of us the rest of the way, until my shadow kicked with half a lap to go, I didn't have another gear so he opened up 7s on me. Annoyingly if I'd been 1 or 2 seconds slower, I'd have got a bottle of wine for my troubles, estimating my time at 17:45.

Alright time all things considered, confirmed that I don't really want to be doing a 10km race this weekend.
