1 mile, half mile of drills.
Had to wear a pair of old crappy sneakers because the ones I use now are covered in poison oak... Bleh

First day and we did 75 push-ups!!! And 150 curl ups, and 50 sit-ups. Plus many more things and weight lifting.

Good race, saw Katrina catchin up towards the end and it pushed me to go faster.

4 loops, Viktoria had the same first two loops and I ran to get away from her from her, starting the third loop I was getting pretty tired, but the relay was fun.

Today's race was pretty good, no mistakes, but moving really slow on the hills, my legs are really tired right now. A lot of today was deciding what was the best route choice and I felt pretty confident on most of mine.

Very difficult hills, I was walking all of them- they really killed me. Many mistakes a couple poor route choices and one bad mistake where my eyes skipped a portion of the map and it messed me up.
