Warmup on the elliptical. It was some suffering.

3x10 squats; 135, 155, 155 lbs
3x10 kettlebell clean and jerk; 30 lbs
100 oblique machine dealies, 50 lbs, each side
2x25 calf raises, +60 lbs
2x25 tuckups
2x25 kayakers +10 lb medicine ball

shoes: 201507 Mizuno Wave Inspire 11

I think a nice jog after the strength session is good, but this was probably too long. Ten to fifteen minutes would suffice.
