running warm up/down 5:00 [1] 1.0 km (5:00 / km)

Orienteering 53:30 [4] 7.6 km (7:02 / km) +110m 6:34 / km

Missed #1 even though I could see it when I put out the Orange course earlier.
Should have taken a safer route to #15. Missed at #19 and at #21 I must have been within 5m before getting it with the other 5 runners.
Didn't push hard tonight, just get the nav right. I wasn't too sloppy but 10s here and there.
Ran 9.15km.

Orienteering race 1:26:04 [4] 9.4 km (9:09 / km) +480m 7:18 / km

Not a good run. I think yesterday and the marathon finally caught up with me and I was a physical wreck. Walked up all the hills and made simple route choice errors all morning.
Main mistakes were #8, 9, 14 and 20.
Need to start gaining strength.
