Started 8 seconds behind the runner in front and he could run. I had to let him go but got in front at #7. He soon caught up and overtook leaving me with another hard day in the terrain.
A good weekends exercise.

Beautiful area and good vis but a bugger to get through. Made too many errors looking for very make shift hides but a good session in terrain.

I did a loop through Mickleham and then 4 reps of Box Hill. Took it steady and averaged 12.45 for the turn around.

Swapped kit and 2 reps from the turning at the bottom of the road up to the grave stone at the top of Box Hill.
Legs feeling it on these as expected but ground it out.
