Note

Got through 2 months of good steady training.
Feeling back to a place where I can now do regular running without it killing me which is good. And found out that spinning is great for hill / leg strength, never felt as good going uphill.
Aim now for the next few months is to not get ill, get a bit stronger / lighter, and do more long hilly runs to prepare for some hill races
