Biking in place! My ankle is feeling decent today. It no longer hurts when walking around after I first wake up, so basically now I have to run or change direction suddenly for it to hurt, which seems like it is moving in the correct direction. Hopefully running will feel ok soon! The area around my achilles was feeling funny today while biking. Not the achilles itself, but the stuff to either side of the achilles. I'm thinking that whatever tendon or ligament is messed up attaches to the foot just to the side of the achilles and that's why it feels funny, but watching other people have achilles problems makes me very much not want to have achilles problems, so I stopped biking sooner than I might have otherwise.
