Biking 43:00 [3]

Biking in place! This has been a VERY long week, so I don't remember a ton about this not particularly interesting exercise experience. I do recall that my achilles started feeling weird almost immediately when I put my running shoes on to bike, even though my ankle had been feeling great in my walking around shoes. I switched to my walking around shoes for the rest of the biking, and it felt good, so maybe my running shoes are pinching or something?

I think it is highly likely I did my normal abs after biking because it was a week night and that's what I do.
