Biking in place! My ankle is almost back to where it was before I went running last week, so, um progress? Biking felt completely fine. No ankle pain, no achilles weirdness, so that's good at least. Otherwise, my ankle feels good except when changing directions suddenly and sometimes on the stairs. Maybe I'll try adding some wobble board in or something? I clearly need to stay away from running for a while, but I'm not 100% sure how long. I guess now that it is getting warmer, it's also easier to go for run/walk excursions without freezing to death if I need to.
