Sprint at Harvard before the finish crew training for the A meet this weekend. I was unfortunately a few minutes late, which cut into the time for running a bit. There were 11 controls, but I ended up skipping one to make it back for the finish training on time. It was kind of good to be running with a time crunch because it really forced me to push harder. Presto was incredibly excited to be outside and running, which magnified when he saw his friend Carmen at the end of the run.

Running 29:43 [3] 3.2 mi (9:17 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Running 2

Running with Presto in the rain. I was hoping to get out before the rain started but lab work interfered, and it was warm enough today for the rain not to be a problem. My PCR was being really annoying and didn't work yesterday or last night. I set up two separate machines running different programs today, which gave me ample time to get out for a run. I was feeling pretty slow, but it was good to get out. Unfortunately they were doing construction on the Esplanade and Presto and I had to change our plans a bit, but it worked out fine. As an added bonus, the PCR worked! Yay!!!!
