Hiking at Buttermilk State Park and then randomly around Ithaca with Sam and Presto! The gorge trail finally opened at Buttermilk, so we decided we needed to go check it out. It is, indeed, quite awesome. Then we just sort of randomly puttered around Ithaca checking out some areas we haven't been much yet, including Stewart Park and Cascadilla Gorge. Nice day to be outside!

Running with Presto after not-lab in the fog! It was a very Berkeley winter-esque night tonight with some intermittent drizzle and lots of fog. We did 2 min running x 1 minute walking tonight. Presto was weirdly unenthused. My ankle felt great!

Bike commute! Another nice day to be outside, and today I spent the entire day in the lab, so it felt much less silly. My ankle feels completely normal today!

Running after not-lab! Woo! 7x1 min run, 1 min walk and the ankle felt great! I'll try increasing the number of running sessions next time. Presto was out with Sam on an actual run.

Bike commute. I had to go into work today to pick up a "perishable" package that turned out to be non-perishable. Definitely better than the alternative, and it was a gorgeous day to be outside on a bike, but I could have done without losing an hour of work.

Biking up Mt. Pleasant! My ankle was feeling good today (yay!), so I decided to head out for a bike ride. It was a sort of drizzly day, so choosing the right clothes was a bit of a challenge, but by tying my jacket around my waist for the uphill, I managed to figure something out. Good to get out!
