Mtn Bike 1:12:00 [3] 28.0 km (2:34 / km)

It's been a while so steady spin to work on the DR. August but pretty cold on the extremities. Should have worn better gloves and overshoes.
4 PM

Mtn Bike 1:12:00 [3] 28.0 km (2:34 / km)

Would have liked a negative split but given that there was a headwind and it's uphill I'll settle for that. Back home.

Note

Comment on the 6 day.
When you read so many positive comments about the whole 6 day experience it certainly makes the effort that goes into the planning and organising seem so very worthwhile. The toil of regularly driving back and forth to Connel and tagging/checking control sites high on Ardchattan in the cold wind and driving rain, even snow for some, seems a very distant memory. I'd prefer to remember Saturday and reflect on photos lilke GEs on the MAROC website. Roll on next time.
