spiked:8/16c shoes: OROC 270

British Middle Distance champs, Summer House Knott, 3rd M60. Tough technically & physically, particularly after a long time without any serious O'ing. Lots of small mistakes plus a fairly major one at #8 where I tried to contour in and got way too low on a really steep slope - then tried to reloctae on a parallel feature.
