Torver Black course
Alright run. Calf was still sore from saturday which slowed my general speed, especially on hills. Navigated quite well except at number 7 and 23 where both times i was well of the mark. Numerous smaller errors cost me in the long run but considering my result and place i'm pretty happy with it. Especially knowing that I'm nowhere near my best yet.

Bleathwaite Black course
pish race. Right from the of i felt my calf/shin and i just couldnt get any momentum going. Started getting fustrated and was making amateur errors, Jamie caught me by 4mins and that motivated me on but had to stop right before the finish to stretch out my calf for a good few mins. Not many positives from it.

lots of energy but got very fustrated so really flew into challenges, maybe should of been sent off but who cares. picked up a couple of bruises on shin so may think about wearing shin pads in future.

Long run in the Pentlands with Hector, Nixon, and Jamie.
Calfs and shin were hurting on the steep hills but felt alright elsewhere. Hoping to build up my endurance.
