Had a really good run, focussed on getting it right and it worked in the main part. Felt I was a bit sloppy through the first few till 10 didn't lose too much time as they were mainly shorter legs; 1 ended up on the wrong side of the thicket, 2 took a bad route through the rhoddys, 8 went too high and found myself at the pond, 9 was stood on the other side of the hill for ages!!!. After 10 I was smooth on the longer open legs caught Graham up by 15mins going into 14, and could see Farmer (6mins) going out of 15 but made a mistake to 16; came in too early and was stood on the other side of the ride wondering whether I'd gone too far. Was fine to 17 and nearly fine to 18, ran almost to the control couldn't see it so ran off into the next re-entrant and dropped to low. 19 - the finish was fine but my legs felt absolutly knakered after 22.
Don't reckon being ill would have improved me much maybe could have stole a podium??

Jog to the start and back a few times then drills then focussing time.
Short jog round the field as I had sore legs and feet
