Similar to the long run 2weeks ago, pre-breakfast run so was a little bit hard towards the end althouggh managed to pick it up. Was careful through rivelin so I didn't deck it

30hours straight of being awake attempting to help out at the harvester but couldn't do too many jobs and just generally sucked at helping

Note

Went up to the peaks for a walk to escape the monotony went up Back Tor down to the reservoir then back up over the ridge and back to Cutthroat bridge

Down at the gym again, same session as yesterday 5mins steady/5mins higher resistance...felt pretty tough towards the end

As I've been advised not to run this week, I went down to the gym and did some cycling. 5min warm-up then 5mins hard/5min recovery. Was pretty tough
