Achilles seems to be making progress but have to wait at least another 4 weeks to start running again. Can start aqua jogging in about 10 days.

Interestingly I've run 150km in the first 6 months of this year. In 2013 it took until Jan 8th to pass that distance.

Note

19 days since the op. Wound has almost healed, still some minimal swelling. Can now walk ok without crutches which makes things a lot easier. Still some way to being able to run again.
