Did not feel very fast and got a bit distracted/annoyed by the touch free emit which took 'ages' to register and often had to go back (sometimes twice) to get it to flash. Was under planned in distance but probably not a bad thing in my current condition.

Started just behind Kris and Paul but missed alley on way to 2 and got caught by danger. Kris had longer gaffle at start and reappeared at 6 but disappeared on shorter gaffle at 8. Battled with Danger for the rest of the course.

On the altered gravity treadmill at Leeds Beckett Uni (been trying to get in for a few weeks...).
Bit more like running compared to the underwater treadmill but took a while to get use to the equipment.
Was a bit surprised that the treadmill maxed out at 19.2km/hour (3.07min/km) so had to use the gradient to increase the intensity.
10x2mins (1min off) - 50% body weight.
Steadily increased gradient to 12 degrees for the last few reps.
