Arch support wasn't in quite the right place to begin with but by the time I moved it the damage was done and it hurt most of the way round.

Had planned to do some long intervals at the end round the field.

Turkey Trot

Straight line distance. Three loops, 2.4k, 1.8k, 4k, and each was a mini scoe course. Shoe lace snapped on the way round first loop so had to be a bit more cautious running through the terrain.

Missed one of the controls out of the second loop, the one furthest away so had to adapt the third loop so I could get it then, which made it a fair bit longer. Dave won in 46.

Felt quite good out running, normally feel awful at the turkey trot. Maybe I'm fitter, or maybe I wasn't pushing as hard as normal, or maybe it was because I warmed up today.

15.45 on way backish, sprint at near end again. Tonnes of annoying people out today. Not getting out the way or moving to the side of the path I was obviously running down.

In morning. Saw more runners today than have seen on this route in a long time! (2)

16min15secs on way back including a bit of a sprint at the end. felt good. Ran through wooded bit leading up to railway bridge which was pretty muddy.

No run today, have run every day for the last 2.5 weeks although a couple of days it was just a run to the gym.

Did some of the new hamstring stretches physio has given me.

Sis was headin over to delamere for a run so met up with TB for a run round. Was going to run all round the edge including going over Old Pale, but bottom of left knee/top of shin was hurting so decided to cut short. Just seems to be one pain after another at the mo.

We started off quite quick and slowed, although according to GPS watch not much. Also quite a bit of track running, should have kept on the muddy paths a bit more. Found a new path down the fence line in the east of east delamere from the track out towards cuddington.

Started off at a steady pace but then picked it up after about a k. Then ran at the same pace back. Thinking it was probably an intensity 4.

Was running within myself and didn't feel out of breath, although did get a tiny stitch at one point.
