Leeds Parkrun
Simulating a sprinto heat and final today.
Parkrun first up. Set off slightly slower than the last time I ran this back in October(?). Did not feel very warmed up at all (Achilles and ankles especially). Felt comfortable for most of it and not struggling as much in the last km as last time either. Hoped I'd do slightly faster but still an improvement on last time.
